- Standard Shipping:
- Orders of $35.00 and up: Free
- Orders weighing 0 lb – 5 lb: $9.99 USD
- Orders weighing 5 lb – 70 lb: $19.90 USD
2. Processing Time
As we are a small family-owned business, it may take a couple of days to prepare your treats. We strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible, but please allow a maximum of 4 to 5 business days for processing.
3. Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather conditions and holidays.
4. Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
