Official Rules & Guidelines

Thank you for being part of the Doodle Doo Dogbassador family!
Our program is designed to be fun, rewarding, and easy for everyone to enjoy. The following guidelines help ensure fairness and consistency for all members.

🐾 Eligibility

• The Dogbassador program is free to join.
• Each membership applies to one dog.
• Basic contact information may be requested to participate in program activities and communications.
• Participation in the program is voluntary and may be discontinued at any time.

🎁 Perks & Rewards

Dogbassadors may receive special perks, which can include:

• Free welcome treat upon joining
• Free birthday treat during the dog’s birthday month
• Feature opportunities (Dog of the Week / Month)
• Early access to select seasonal or new treats
• Occasional surprise goodies
• Invitations to special events or activities

Perks may vary and are provided at the discretion of Doodle Doo Bakery.

🎉 Surprise Goodies & Special Offers

• Surprise goodies are provided occasionally throughout the year.
• Availability may vary and is limited while supplies last.
• Surprise items and promotions are not guaranteed on a set schedule.

🛍️ Discounts & Promotions

To keep the program fair and sustainable:

• Discounts and promotions apply to one item per visit, unless otherwise stated.
• “Buy One Get One Free” offers apply to items of equal or lesser value.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
• Offers may be limited to specific products or time periods.
• Perks and discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.

📸 Photos & Recognition

• Dogbassadors may be photographed or featured on social media, in-store displays, or marketing materials.
• Participation in photos or features is optional.
• Owners may request that photos not be used at any time.

🐶 Program Conduct

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment:

• All dogs must be friendly and under owner supervision at all times.
• Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior while visiting the store or participating in events.
• Doodle Doo reserves the right to decline participation if safety concerns arise.

⚖️ Program Changes

• Doodle Doo Bakery reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Dogbassador program or its perks at any time.
• Program rules and benefits may be updated as needed to support business operations.
